Summer Camp 2026 at Kia Kima Scout Reservation
Description
Departure Date: Saturday, June 13 Time: 9:00 am
Return Date: Sunday, June 20 Time: 9:00 pm
Kia Kima Scout Reservation is made up of two camps: Camp Osage and Camp Cherokee. Camp Osage, the larger of the two camps, is the main camp situated on the South Fork River where Scouts eat in the Dining Hall. Camp Osage has nineteen unique campsites from which to choose, with a mix of traditional campsites (where tents are provided for you) and tentless campsites for troops who like to use their own gear or set up hammocks.
In Camp Osage, units will find traditional summer camp programs including Scoutcraft, nature, aquatics, shooting sports, handicrafts, athletics, technology, Life to Eagle, and our Trailblazers program for first-year campers.
The Osage Waterfront is located on the South Fork River where Scouts will have the opportunity to swim, canoe, kayak, and ride the famous banana slide into the river. The Osage Dining Hall even features an indoor rock climbing wall!
All Scouts BSA Summer Camp participants (youth and adult) must bring a copy of Parts A, B, and C of the BSA Annual Health and Medical Record. Due to Holle Gallaway by June 1, 2026
